On August 7, 2025, Shen Xin, Vice President of the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC), met with Luis Neves, Chief Executive Officer of the Global Enabling Sustainability Initiative (GeSI), and his delegation, at the CPAFFC. The two sides discussed future cooperation focusing on building platforms for exchanges between Chinese and foreign cities in areas such as digital infrastructure transformation and sustainable development.
